Impact Lab
A monthly drop-in for nature and community-based practitioners who want expert eyes on your evaluation, monitoring, reporting and fundraising.
Sometimes you don’t need a whole course. You just need an answer.
Bring your question, your half-finished plan, or your “am I even doing this right?” and get a share of Mel’s direct attention, plus the chance to learn from what everyone else in the room is wrestling with too.
A small, live working group
A small group, likely three or four people, gets together once a month. Send your question in at least a day beforehand, then join a free-ranging discussion in the room where everyone’s questions are on the table. You get a share of Mel’s time and direct attention.
You don’t need it perfectly worded.
Half a thought is plenty. Send it in the day before, and Mel will give it proper thought ahead of the session, then open it up to the room.
Every third Tuesday, 4pm to 5pm
All sessions run 4pm to 5pm on Zoom, and onward.
The garden. The kitchen table. Wherever suits.
No travel, no fuss. Just log into Zoom with your cuppa and your question, and you’re in the room.

3 sessions for £99
You’ll be sent a code by email to book each of your three sessions, so you can choose which dates suit you across the next 12 months.
Book the 3-session blockIf the price is a genuine barrier, contact me to discuss. I want this accessible to practitioners across the sector, not just those who can pay full price.
A regular, low-commitment way to stay on track
Anyone doing nature and community-based work who wants a regular, low-commitment way to keep their evaluation, monitoring, reporting and fundraising on track. Especially useful if you’ve done Evaluate Your Impact and want ongoing support putting your plan into action, though you don’t need to have done the course to join.
Bring your question. We’ll bring the tea.
Places are limited each month, so book early to get the date you want.
